James Fox

James Fox is a highly accomplished director, writer, and published author who has been an influential force in the entertainment industry for almost two decades. Born and raised in Central California, James has championed numerous award-winning projects across the globe, including feature films, short films, screenplays/pilots, documentaries, and commercials.

James has been recognized for his passion and dedication to advancing the industry through education and outreach. He is a sought-after speaker and has presented at renowned events such as the GPU Technology Conference, NAB, Seattle International Film Festival, and SXSW Film Festival. He is also committed to supporting children's arts education organizations and serves on several advisory boards.

As a visionary for the future of visual storytelling through new methods and technological innovations, James is known for his creativity and technical street-smarts. His technical expertise and boundless enthusiasm make him a charismatic leader, bringing his projects to life with exceptional quality and reliability.


Colleen Keane

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Colleen escaped to Southern California to pursue her dreams of working in the film industry. 

She now has more than 25 years (and counting) of experience in studios and productions companies.   Her wide variety of experience includes two years at Imagine Films, 12 years at New Regency Productions and more than four years at Regent Entertainment.  This varied experience has given her the ability to work a film from development through distribution and into peripheral release.  The more than 100 films Colleen has worked on include “Parenthood,” “Heat,” the “Free Willy” series, “Time to Kill,” “Fight Club,” “Empire Records,” “Mr & Mrs Smith,” “Natural Born Killers,” “Man on Fire,” and Academy nominee “L.A. Confidential”. 

As an award-winning independent producer, Colleen has completed variety of films including a dramatic short, “Obstruction,” written and directed by Paul Marius and starring Ulrich Thomsen; a documentary, “Just the Right Amount of Violence,” by director Jon Bang Carlsen and Danish producer, the Oscar nominated Helle Ulsteen (Best Documentary Nominee in the 2014 European Film Awards); a short sci fi by Swiss filmmaker Robert Kouba, “The Rift”; a dramatic short entitled “Our Father” by writer/director Linda Palmer which screened at 23 film festivals including 2015 Cannes and has won approximately 40 awards (including the prestigious Mary Austen Award for Excellence in Producing); “Devil Dogs” a dramatic short written and produced by Laura Cross; a feature film entitled “Last Call at Murray’s” with director Linda Palmer distributed by Freelance Films in the US and repped by WonderPhil for international sales; a short “Living Hell” written and directed by Eileen Grubba; and short film, “Take My Hand” starring legendary Barbara Bain, written by Eileen Grubba and directed by Alan J. Levi.  The latest is “Crypto Shadows”, co-written and directed by James Fox which screened in the Marrche of the 2023 Cannes Film Festival.  The film is repped worldwide by California Pictures and a North American release date is expected shortly

Gary Dover

At Harvard Graduate School, Gary  was interested in two things: business and education.  He has extensive knowledge and expertise in working with brand integration, communication, TV, film production and community building . Gary has worked with leading  brands such as Pepsi, an established Seafood company and a biomedical company selling control systems for  medical laboratories. Gary is an  educator with a strong on background in business acumen.   Gary traveled extensively across North America, Canada and the Caribbean speaking and selling at trade show conventions. 

Gary  is a born leader taking on several management roles in sales and in education.  While at home one evening Gary was reading the newspaper and noticed an advertisement for actors in his local town.  Gary was more interested in screenwriting than acting.  Gary was bitten by the writing bug and over the years Gary immersed himself  under the masters of the craft and has written a dozen or more feature films and television scripts and continued his work in teaching to countless students. Gary is a natural born storyteller with his endless life experiences and exposure to people from all walks of life. This is what makes him a prolific yet commercial screenwriter as well as a seasoned Producer.

Gary founded Moving On Films as a writer and producer for the past eight years. Most of his duties involve developing project strategy,  analysis and investor relations. Recently, Gary has taken on more management in indie film  distribution collaborating with top sales companies globally and locally. He also acquires new IPs to develop while Moving on with experienced content creators and filmmakers.  Gary has forged countless relationships with investors, sales agents and content creators worldwide.


Arati Misro

Business Development Manager and Analyst, Producer 

Arati Brings 20 years of experience in the Entertainment, Tech, Education & lifestyle business from a global perspective. Her expertise includes Feature films, TV, product sales & startups. She thrives on recognizing & prioritizing short and long-term goals to greenlight a show or scale a business from a holistic approach. Worked with Sony Pictures Fox, Netflix, Paramount and Apple to name a few.

Arati’s love of Entertainment is produced from script to screen or stream. Her experience in foreign and domestic sales allows her to have a strong sense of the marketplace while focusing on a story that has viability. She has also worked in Operations for theatrical distribution for several studios.

Her experience chairing Women in Film International has allowed her to home in on her passion for mentoring and giving voice to countless women worldwide who strive to pursue their goals. Chairing is one of her most meaningful accomplishments. She has programmed and produced multiple events for the Los Angeles film community and was recognized by President Obama. 

She thrives on being a part of building a vision via startups. Project Management, Marketing strategies, sales, Operations, and business strategy are skills she learned that cross over from Producing Film & TV. She loves working in collaborative environments & connecting the dots between art, commerce, education & technology with leaders. She  produced a podcast for diverse women sold to Warner Music India and also has developed an animation IP for children in developing countries. She has judged for various international film festivals in the LA area. Arati most recently executive produced a short film , "Seat 23B"  which is having its world premiere at the LA shorts International Film Festival.  Arati is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on finance & entrepreneurship. She holds an MFA in Producing from the prestigious American Film Institute. She also holds an undergraduate degree in cultural anthropology and Journalism from U.C San Diego.
